Prof. Shirley Yeung
Prof. Shirley Yeung is a veteran IEMA approved sustainability (CSR) practitioner, experienced ISO9000 Principal Auditor, AQIP Assessor, US and HKCAAVQ Subject Specialist. With ongoing publications and global collaborations on United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (UNSDGs), UNOSSC, and UNPRME, Prof. Yeung has been recently invited as a task force member for UNESCAP/ EBAC-ESBN / Banking and Finance Task Force, and also acts as a member of the collaboration committee for the civil society consultation for UN Development System review process. She was also invited by Harvard University, HPAIR to deliver a seminar on “Entrepreneurial Spirit and Sustainable Mindset”.

Prof. Dr. Siham El-Kafafi is a globally recognized scholar, dynamic entrepreneur, adult education specialist, and social influencer, known for her unwavering commitment to academic excellence, holistic education, and human development. With a professional journey spanning more than two decades, she has cultivated a multifaceted career that bridges the worlds of business, education, research, leadership, and personal empowerment.
A respected academic with a Ph.D. in Management, a Master’s in Education, a Master of Public Administration, and a Bachelor of English Literature with Honors, Prof. Dr. El-Kafafi has taught and mentored countless learners across tertiary institutions in New Zealand, Australia, Egypt, Singapore, and the United Kingdom. Her areas of expertise span adult and tertiary education, leadership and management, organizational behaviour, business ethics, emotional intelligence, sustainability, and social entrepreneurship
Prof. Rem Tai
Prof. Rem Tai has been engaged in business work between the Chinese mainland and Belt and Road Initiative (BRI) countries, with long-term residency in both the mainland and BRI countries. He currently serves as Chairman of Listed Group Janco Holdings Limited and multinational group Forest Management Holdings Limited. His previous positions include Member of the Logistics and Service Industry Advisory Committee of the Hong Kong Trade Development Council, Vice Chairman of the Hong Kong E-Commerce and Logistics Association, External Logistics Expert of Guangzhou Industry and Trade Technician College, Executive Committee Member of the Alumni Inheritance Fund of The Chinese University of Hong Kong, Member of the Advisory Committee of the School of Business at Hong Kong Hang Seng University of Hong Kong, and School Governor of several educational institutions.
Prof. Bernard Lee
Mr. Lee holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from University of Washington and a Master’s degree in Computer Science from University of British Columbia. He held consulting and senior positions at China Southern Airlines, Symantec, Cisco, Foxconn, and Hong Kong Communications. In 2001 he founded Procuro, Inc. in San Diego and the software is currently being used by fast food chains worldwide. Mr. Lee is serving with UNESCO Hong Kong Association and Hong Kong Gifted Education Teachers’ Association. He is also Guest Lecturer at the University of Hong Kong, the Hong Kong Polytechnic University, Gratia Christian College, and Unsura University Jakarta, as well as Industry Advisor of Big Data Lab at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
