Professor Rem Tai

Professor Rem Tai contributes in Hong Kong and Asian business, academia, and professional circles, recognized for his extensive leadership, entrepreneurial vision, and commitment to education. He holds pivotal leadership positions as the Chairman of Forest Management Holdings Limited (FMH), YMX Group Limited, and the Silk Road Development Association, overseeing diverse commercial interests across the region.
Professor Rem Tai possesses over 20 years of deep experience in developing Asian markets. His business group operates across multiple industries in Mainland China and Asia, holding numerous professional licenses and qualifications. His influence extends to significant advisory roles, including membership on the Logistics Industry Advisory Committee of the Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC). He is also Vice Chairman of the Hong Kong E-commerce Logistics Association and Executive Member of the CUHK Torch Fund. Previously, Professor Tai demonstrated his corporate acumen as an Executive Director of a listed company board. His thought leadership is evidenced by his past roles as editor-in-chief and author of business books, a columnist for Newspaper, and a keynote speaker at prestigious forums including the Euro-Asia Economic Forum, events by Xinhua News Agency, the Communist Youth League of China, and the HKTDC.
With strong academic foundation, Professor Tai actively bridges theory and practice. He serves as lecturer in several universities and professional organization.
His dedication to education extends to roles like PVG Course Speaker for the Hong Kong SAR Government’s Education Bureau and School Manager of FDBWA Chow Chin Yau School. He is also an Advisory Committee Member for the Business School of Gratia Christian College.
Professor Tai’s achievements have been formally recognized, notably through the 10th Young Leader Award. Professor Shirley Yeung

Prof. Yeung, Mo ching (Shirley) is Brand Ambassador / Board Member since 2010 and she recently has been appointed as the Chair, Community Education by our International Centre for Environmental Education and community Development (ICENECDEV).

27th Nov., 2021 – Prof. Yeung acted as Project Advisor, Designer, Speaker and Judge for United Nations UNOSSC Entrepreneurial Academy. This event has been organised for many years under the transformative female leadership of Dr. Yeung. She involved the community of Kenya, Cameroon, Fuji Island and students / speakers from the developing countries for impacts.

Prof. Dr. Siham El Kafafi

Prof. Dr. Siham El-Kafafi is a globally recognized scholar, dynamic entrepreneur, adult education specialist, and social influencer, known for her unwavering commitment to academic excellence, holistic education, and human development. With a professional journey spanning over two decades, she has cultivated a multifaceted career that bridges the worlds of business, education, research, and personal empowerment.
A respected academic with a Ph.D. in Management, a Master’s in Education, a Master of Public Administration, and a Bachelor of English Literature with Honors, Prof. Dr. El-Kafafi has taught and mentored countless students across tertiary institutions in New Zealand, Australia, Egypt, Singapore, and the United Kingdom. Her areas of expertise span adult and tertiary education, leadership and management, organizational behavior, business ethics, emotional intelligence, and sustainable development.
Prof. Dr. El-Kafafi is the founder and Director of Arrows Research Consultancy Limited, through which she provides research supervision, consultancy services, and professional development training to a diverse range of learners and professionals. Her extensive teaching experience in the adult education sector has shaped her belief in the transformative power of lifelong learning and human potential. This, combined with her academic leadership roles—as Director of Research, Head of Faculty, and Senior Lecturer—has earned her recognition as a leading voice in tertiary education.

She has published prolifically in refereed journals, book chapters, and international conference proceedings, with her scholarly contributions recognized through multiple national and international awards, including two Performance-Based Research Fund (PBRF) awards from New Zealand’s Tertiary Education Commission. She also actively serves on editorial boards and award panels and is a meticulous editor for various scholarly outlets.
In recent years, Prof. Dr. El-Kafafi has expanded her influence through motivational and educational content creation across multiple social media platforms. She regularly produces short, inspiring videos on YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn, offering insights on leadership, personal development, academic success, resilience, and workplace harmony. These online contributions aim to empower global audiences and complement her academic mission of building capacity in individuals and communities.
