Global HR Shared Services Assistant-Immigration

What You’ll Do

You will be a key member of our Global HR Shared Services Center (HRSSC), supporting regional and local HR teams and employees worldwide with administrative HR processes. You’ll collaborate with colleagues across multiple geographies and time zones, forming part of a close-knit global HR network that values teamwork, ownership, and continuous learning.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Communicate and coordinate with internal stakeholders and external immigration vendors to manage case details, timelines, documentation, and employee communications.
  • Support employees on immigration matters, addressing routine queries and escalating complex issues as needed.
  • Support Transfer-In/Out processes by coordinating immigration documentation and preparing visa invitation/support letters in line with policy requirements.
  • Maintain immigration trackers, logs, and documentation archives
  • Deliver reporting (eg Track vendor performance for service quality and turnaround time; escalate issues as needed )
  • Collaborate with Local HR team to manage employee documentation and personnel files in compliance with legal requirements and internal standards.

What You’ll Bring

  • 1–3+ years of experience in an immigration role, with exposure to India inbound/outbound processes including visas, work permits, FRRO compliance, and letter preparation.

Recruiting Specialist (13 Months Contract)

What You’ll Do

This position is responsible for main recruiting activities including Campus hiring, MBA hiring, industry/lateral hiring. This position coordinates the recruiting initiatives roll-out in line with global/region and local recruiting marketing activities and eventsAs a core member of recruiting team, this position is a main contact for recruiting related inquiries and recruiting related vendors/agencies (local search firms) and manages internal recruiting system.  

Talent acquisition activities  

  • Coordinate application process (resume screening, online case interview, interview process)
  • Manage recruiting related inquiries (applicants, students, vendors, global/regional recruiting counterparts, internal staffs) 

Offer extension/selling/onboarding 

  • Prepare for offer letter
  • Arrange selling activities
  • Notify onboarding process to new hires 
  • Work for global/regional recruiting priorities 

Recruiting data management & Analytics 

  • Manage information of candidates and new hires in Recruiting system

What You’ll Bring

Staffing Assistant – Temporary

This is a temporary position with an end date of December 2025.

What You’ll Do

Staffing Process Support

  • Provide timely support by tracking casework assignments and billing arrangements in support of required deadlines: 
    • Assist with the availability accuracy process – outreach to current case teams to confirm upcoming end dates for all consulting staff.
    • Respond to ad-hoc requests for information related to staffing opportunities, availability, staffing data/reports and consultant information.
    • Collect all required data from case leadership to open a new staffing request to upload into our system (SAM) and send to other systems as needed.
    • Develop working relationships with members of the local office to facilitate the information flow to provide timely, transparent information. 
    • Build and maintain relationships across the NAMR staffing ops group for support needed across systems.

Staffing System Data Management

  • Update and send out all individual staffing confirmations and track availability related data in the Staffing database in a timely manner.
    • Ensure you have the correct case codes, assignment start / end dates, review writer and executing MDP to help process these confirmations.
    • Partner with HR to manage vacation time and LOAs, get dates entered into SAM.
    • Add public holidays to SAM
  • Availability comments should be updated as soon as you have clarity on an end date.
    • Support updating performance highlights after every assignment .
    • Update the Past Projects & Assignments.
  • Create project and resource request entries in SAM and continue to update often.
  • Gather staffing data, analyze and prepare reports on consultant deployment and investments as needed

Finance, HR & Information Management Liaison 

  • Coordinate with Managing Directors & Partners, commercial finance, NAMR Client Team.
  • Identify or open the appropriate codes for staffing assignments.
  • Ensure all relevant case codes accurately entered into SAM, enabling appropriate communication cascade via SAM.

Regional Coordination 

  • Make all necessary adjustments to the internal and published pipeline.
  • Attend System and Regional calls and help action new and ongoing initiatives.
  • Overall uphold all NAMR Standard Operating Procedures and Service Level Agreements.

Perform other duties and projects required 

What You’ll Bring

Global Learning Experience Portfolio Manager

What You’ll Do

You’ll lead the global intake and portfolio management for BCG’s Learning Experience Design & Operations team. This team creates impactful learning programs for BCGers around the world—ranging from onboarding to leadership development, across both consulting and business services staff. You will ensure our project portfolio is aligned with strategic priorities and our capacity is accurately tracked to inform business decisions.

Your responsibilities will include engaging with stakeholders at the intake stage to understand upcoming learning needs, framing new requests, and helping prioritize what moves forward. You’ll support and facilitate staffing discussions to ensure the right teams are matched to the right projects, balancing timelines, expertise, and overall workload. You’ll also partner with learning leaders and project managers to align across regions, flag risks, and drive continuous improvement in our project planning and operations.

Strong communication, influence, and relationship-building skills are key to your success. You’ll regularly advise senior leadership and use data, tools, and insights to shape how we plan, track, and deliver work as a global team. You’ll also develop and adapt tools and metrics—often in Tableau and Excel—to improve how we track, plan, and communicate work across our global team.
