First Air Marshall (Ret) Dr. Samto Hadi Isnanto, S.E., M.A.

After graduating from the Air Force Academy as a Second Lieutenant in Electronics in 1986, Dr. Samto Hadi Isnanto was consecutively assigned to the National Air Defense Radar Unit 255 Balikpapan, Radar Unit 208 Dumai, and Radar Unit 256 Kwandang, Gorontalo. In 1998, he served at the Indonesian Embassy in Canberra, Australia as an Assistant Defense Attaché. In 2001, Dr. Samto Hadi Isnanto served at the TNI Strategic Intelligence Agency. In 2006, he served at the Indonesian Embassy in Tehran as the Defense Attaché. In 2009, he served at Bais TNI as the Main Staff Officer B-4 (Middle East, South Asia, and Africa). In 2013, he served at the Indonesian Defense University as the Head of the Asymmetric Warfare Study Program. In 2015, Dr. Samto Hadi Isnanto served at BIN as a Middle Agent in the Deputy for Counter Intelligence. Subsequently, in 2017, he served at the Air Force Headquarters as a Senior Staff Advisor to the Chief of Staff in Political and Security Affairs until he retired as a member of the Indonesian Air Force on October 1, 2017. In 2015, Dr. Samto Hadi Isnanto served in BIN as a Junior Agent in the Deputy for Counter-Intelligence. Then in 2017, he served at the Air Force Headquarters as a Special Staff to the Chief of Staff in the Field of Political, Law, and Security Affairs until retiring as a member of the Indonesian Air Force on October 1, 2017. From 2018 to 2023, he served as the Chairman of Yasau. Since October 1, 2013, to the present, Dr. Samto Hadi Isnanto has been part of the Communication Team of the Presidential Staff Office.

Dr. Dewi Puspaningtyas Faeni, B.Sc, M.B.A.

Dr. Dewi Puspaningtyas Faeni is a distinguished professional with a multifaceted career that spans across various fields. As a lecturer, she has made significant contributions to developing students, in mental health, offering her expertise in hypnotherapy and public speaking national and internationally. Her work as a lecturer and hypnotherapist is well-regarded, and she is known for her innovative approaches in this area. She graduated PhD. from Universitas Padjadjaran in 1999 and also her Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees from University of Maryland in 1984 and 1991. Dr. Dewi is also a prolific author, with her research being published in esteemed journals such as Scopus Q1 and Q2. Her academic prowess is further highlighted by her role as a lecturer in Universitas Dirgantara Marsekal Suryadarma, where she imparts knowledge in management and research methodology. Her leadership extends to her position as a director at BNSP, where she plays a crucial role in certification processes. Overall, Dr. Dewi Puspaningtyas Faeni is a dynamic and accomplished individual whose contributions have left a lasting impact across multiple domains. Her dedication to her work and her community continues to inspire those around her.

  1. To develop high-quality graduate programs in management that are relevant to the managerial needs of national and international government, business, and aerospace industries.
  2. To enhance research and development capabilities in the fields of aerospace management and business.

Purpose :

  1. Producing managerial-level professionals in the field of aerospace management and business who are able to compete at the national and international levels.
  2. Meeting the need for professionalism in managerial skills, both theoretically and practically, in the field of aerospace management and business.
  3. Producing research outcomes in the field of management that can serve as a reference for both national and international communities.
  4. Assisting the community in developing managerial skills, particularly in the practice of aerospace management and business.
  5. Enhancing collaboration networks with educational institutions and stakeholders in the field of Aerospace Management through the utilization of 4.0 technology.

  1. Education Strategy
    a. Develop an OBE (Outcome-Based Education) curriculum with the integration of digital technology and aerospace issues.
    b. Improve the quality of lecturers through training, professional certification, and further studies.
    c. Encourage the implementation of project-based learning, global case studies, and international collaboration.
  2. Research Strategy
    a. Establishing a center of excellence in aerospace within the disciplines of digital economics, innovation management, and sustainable accounting.
    b. Increasing the quantity and quality of internationally reputable scientific publications.
    c. Encouraging faculty-student research collaboration and cooperation with industry partners and foreign institutions.
  3. Community Service Strategy
    a. Conducting community service programs based on research outcomes and local–regional needs.
